Angela Robinsons’ Richmond home suffered foundation damage in the Christchurch earthquakes.
Repairs were underway last week using new house-lifting technology which raised the house approximately 3 metres in the air, using a high lift jack. The jack provides a stable support for the house, even in strong wind conditions.
Now that the Robinsons home is in the air Pattersons Insurerbuild, Crombie Lockwood’s exclusive builders, are able removed the earthquake damaged foundations and lay a new floor slab beneath without damage to their beautiful home.
The Robinsons home is due to be completed 7th March 2014.
