Leanne Doherty was selected as the inaugural Support Person Of The Year at the 2011 Manawatu Contact Centre Awards. Leanne, who's wide ranging IT and system skills have made her a pivotal asset in Crombie Lockwood's highly regarded Centralised Claims Team was up against finalists from FMG and the Palmerston North City Council but the judges found her a clear winner. They commented that... "Leanne's personality, enthusiasm and love for her work were evident in her application and presentation. She has a passion for people and for the support of them in their work and she has achieved much in her time at Crombie Lockwood. She supports the team through any changes, is approachable, incredibly patient and nothing is too much trouble, and this is evident in the feedback we received from the team. Their words used to describe her were that she was proactive, passionate, incredibly patient, meticulous, accepting, open, honest, a solver, the ‘Go to person' and approachable."
Everyone from CCT and Palmerston North Branch that assisted Leanne through the judging process attended the dinner and cheered on as she received her award.
